A life lesson I learned from Ignite this past year is when my life gets very busy, it is especially important to take a second and say a quick prayer. Between starting college courses and trying to make enough money to pay for college next year (and gas for my car), this year has been absolutely crazy. But when I am starting to get overwhelmed with everything going on, I just say a quick prayer and it helps a lot. We talk a lot about daily prayers and things that we can do to be closer to God in our daily lives at Ignite and now prayer is now one of the most important activities I do in the day, whether it is 5 minutes or 30 minutes.
