COST: We wanted to inform parents that the event cost per participant was heavily influenced by the need to rent a large tent in order to have the events outdoors. Other factors include anticipated event expenses (materials, food, etc.)  as well as some additional fixed annual costs.

COVID-19: In light of the pandemic, our team is working on a clear approach & event guidelines in order to keep all volunteers and participants safe. We will share this document with families (both here and via email) as soon as it is available. Be assured that we will follow state guidelines and implement a variety of reasonable measures out of care for all attending.

• Regarding the use of masks I can say that all participants and volunteers will be required to wear a mask when social distancing is not possible. At the same time we are working to craft the activities and environment in a way that minimizes this situation.

GRADUATED 8TH GRADERS: This group of youth has found the sweet spot and are getting invites to both the middle school event AND Youthfest since their transition into high school is one we celebrate and want to support :)
